What to Expect when You Hire Me
When you consider working with someone new, there are a lot of unknowns; especially when reaching out to a total stranger on the internet. I work hard so the only surprise my clients have is how much they love their final product! Here’s what happens once you reach out to me about a new project:
Step 1 - Consultation Call
Cost - FREE
A consultation call might sound intimidating but it’s really not a big deal. I use this time to get to know you a little better as well as understand the vision you have for your business’ future. We will go over your strengths, any challenges that stand in your way and how a website could solve those for you. This is also the time for you to ask me all your questions. By the end, if you are still interested in working together, we will set up a second call in approximately 1 week.
Step 2 - Discovery Package
Cost - $120
Over the week, I put together a Discovery Package that is totally unique to your business. Since it varies so much, it’s hard to say exactly what will be in yours, but here’s a broad overview:

Branding Solutions
Website Map/Solutions
In addition to your solutions, I also include what it would look like if you hire me:

Budget
Contract
You can then implement the solutions by fulfilling them yourself, hiring someone else to do it, or hiring me. It’s totally up to you! You will have all the information you need in order to make the best decision for you. Regardless of how you decide to proceed, the Discovery Package is all yours at the end of the call. If you decide to hire me, the project will begin!
Step 3 - Project Begins
Cost - 50% of Project Total
Each Friday, I send a weekly update email to let you know what I accomplished that week so you know we are staying on track. I also send periodic emails throughout the week whenever I have a question or need your approval. You will always know what is going on!
Step 4 - Project Delivered
Cost - 50% of Project Total
Now that your project is completed (woohoo!), it’s time for me to pass the baton and give you the final product! If I designed something for you, I send all the files through Dropbox and give access to the backend of your website. I also educate you on how to update your website if you are wanting to maintain it once it’s launched.
Step 5 - Once a Client, Always a Client
Cost - FREE
What if it's a year down the road and your website isn't working right? Or you're about to start a new campaign and you’re not sure how to use the branding materials I designed? Anytime you have questions, just give me a call or send an email! All of my clients are considered clients for life and I am happy to be your website resource.
